Since joining Silergy in June 2019, Lei has advanced from Senior Manager to Design Director, where he currently leads the development and management of Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) designs. His role involves steering the strategic direction of design projects, ensuring cutting-edge advancements in power management technology, and driving the team towards innovative solutions that meet the demands of the modern electronics market.

Before his tenure at Silergy, Lei accumulated a wealth of experience at prominent technology firms. At Apple, he contributed as an Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer, although specifics of his work are confidential. His previous roles at Fairchild (now part of ON Semiconductor) and Maxim Integrated involved significant contributions to AC-DC system design and power management, including circuit design advancements that improved voltage ranges and power efficiency. His tenure at Maxim began with Volterra, focusing on power management IC designs, and continued after Maxim's acquisition of Volterra.
