Lentil Soup

Ingredients: Green or brown lentils, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, vegetable broth, tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Instructions:
1. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery until softened.
2. Add garlic and spices, cook for another minute.
3. Add lentils, tomatoes, and vegetable broth.
4. Simmer until lentils are tender.
5. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
