Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients: Bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, tofu (optional).
Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
4. Add soy sauce and tofu if using, and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Serve over rice or noodles.
